Always connected — via cable and cellular networks
Hub 2 works with MotionCam and MotionCam Outdoor detectors, which take photos when motion is detected, helping to check the situation quickly. This visual verification reduces anxiety for users and prevents false alarms for security companies.
Hub 2 ensures reliable communication through four antennas and two radio protocols, Jeweller for commands and Wings for images, allowing connection to three internet providers and automatic channel switching.
Flexibility at the core
The Hub 2 radio network has a communication range of 2,000 meters and connects up to five range extenders, allowing for security management across multiple floors and buildings. It supports 50 users and 9 security groups, making it suitable for both home and business security. Controlled through apps instead of outdated interfaces, it connects via a secure Ajax Cloud server with a 99. 995% server availability in 2021.
Hub 2 automates security with the ability to create scenarios, minimizing human error. It notifies users immediately if tampered with and has a backup battery lasting up to 16 hours. The system's OS Malevich allows for automatic updates, ensuring future relevance. Installation is simple, needing only connection to power and the Internet, with all components pre-installed.
Overview:
Hub 2 is a security system control panel that supports photo verification of alarms. It controls the operation of all connected devices and interacts with the user and the security company. The device is designed for indoor installation only.
The hub reports doors opening, breaking of windows, the threat of fire or flood, and automates routine actions using scenarios. If outsiders enter the secure room, Hub 2 will send photos from MotionCam / MotionCam Outdoor motion detectors and notify a security company patrol.
Hub 2 needs internet access to connect to the Ajax Cloud service. The control panel has three communication channels: Ethernet and two SIM cards. The hub is available in two versions: with 2G and 2G/3G/4G (LTE) modem.
You can manage the security system and respond to alarms and event notifications through iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows apps. The system allows you to choose what events and how to notify the user: by push notifications, SMS, or calls.

ln-app control and configuration
Hub is connected to Ajax apps, security companies, and users via a secure channel through the Ajax Cloud server located in several AWS data centres. Server availability is 99.999o/o.
Intuitive Ajax apps provide remote configuration and all information about system devices from anywhere the Internet is available, on a smartphone or PC. An installer can remotely change the settings and provide services in time - no need to visit the object.
